Lion Van Avocado's Journey to Kenya

Lion Van Avocado was born in Toluca de Lerdo, Mexico. His mother died to avocado poisoning when Avocado was 2 year old, and his father left the family to pursue a career in lion taming. Lion Van Avocado grew up with his grandmother and discovered his passion for cooking. However, when attempting to create his own avocado recipe, he failed to add enough salt in the meal and was shunned from not only society, But his own family. Seeking refuge, Lion Van Avocado fled on a cruise ship, the S.S. Guacamole, to Kenya, where he set out to find his long-lost father, James Von Avocado, the only family he had left.

While on his quest for his father, Lion Van Avocado met a pride of lions who took him in and raised him until he was 18 years old. He learned not only to speak lion, but by planting his last avocado, created a special Avocado that could rival his own family recipe. However, poachers attacked Lion Van Avocado and his pride of lions, looking for lion pelts to sell. Barely escaping with his life, Lion Van Avocado managed to keep with him a single lion cub, whom he later named Avocado after his father who was in the group of poachers. They both fled to Paris, where Lion Van Avocado began his career as a world famous chef, Opening his school of CadoAva, Where he taught his secret techniques in culinary arts.

Avocado's World Famous Recipes


Guacamole de Africa

Ingredient Quantity
Mashed Avocados 1 ½ avocados
Diced tomatillo 3 teaspoons
Diced Yellow Onion 3 teaspoons
Sea Salt ½ teaspoon
Chopped Cilantro 1 Tablespoon
Chile Powder 1 teaspoon
The finest Grasshoppers of Mexico 2 tablespoons
Crumbled Cotija cheese ½ teaspoon
Lime Wedges 2

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend
  2. Pour into ice cream maker and follow the ice cream maker's instructions
  3. Pour into container and put in freezer for a minimum of 4 hours

Avocado Honey Icecream

Ingredient Quantity
Avocado 2
Thai Coconut 1
Raw Honey ½ cup
Vanilla flavored Liquid Stevia 1 drop
Sea Salt 1 pinch

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend
  2. Pour into ice cream maker and follow the ice cream maker's instructions
  3. Pour into container and put in freezer for a minimum of 4 hours
