I am a fellow indigenous women in ths world. Almost everyday I worry about my cousins, sisters, aunties and my life. In the last past 100 years First Nations, Metis and Inuit women have been over looked. Over five thousand women and young girls have been murdered or missing. More than 25% of the missing womens files have been unsolved. I as a fellow First Nations female in this world feel that my life is not valued.
At a young age I was told that all lives mattered, that we were all the same on the inside. But now I know that people will judge you based on the way you look and think it's ok to bully you.
